One-off session

A one-off coaching session is a great if you want to blast through a movement blindspots, explore more range of motion/work through tightness in a particular area, or brainstorm ways to get more dynamic movement into your busy life and workstation. The session is 75 minutes.

 
I have just completed Tracy’s Move Right Now program and am signing on for another 5-sessions! I only started the program because I had tried everything else to fix my hip and SI joint pain and had nothing to lose. But movement coaching is so much more than I expected.
The program is really worth the cost because it has finally helped me heal.
