Sound familiar? You know exercise is good for you, especially since you’re not getting any younger,  but yoga, Pilates, running, spinning or Cross-fit make your back, hip, or shoulder pain worse!

You may also have noticed that you pee a bit when you sneeze, or still have a ‘mummy tummy’ (diastatis recti) even years after having kids - but all the crunches and kegels don’t seem to be helping.

What’s REALLY not helping are people telling you that this is ‘normal’ and just part of aging.

If you’ve tried everything and are unsure of the next step, I’m here to tell you that this does NOT have to be your new normal. There is another safe, effective and scientifically sound way to wellness.

You see, exercise can either take you closer to wellness or farther from it depending on HOW you move your body, and even how you breath. You just need to be coached on HOW to move better in order to do better, because your body only knows what it knows - right?

Movement coaching may be the solution you never even knew existed, whether you are new to movement, returning to exercise after an injury, post-partum or just life, or an exercise fundi wanting to get stronger and injury-free.

My private coaching sessions (via the internet too) teach you simple yet effective ways to move your body better, for better results.

You do not have to accept a ‘new normal’ as you age that is anything less than fabulous.

You see, I spent years in treatment for hip, back, bladder and pelvic issues, even though I exercised regularly and taught yoga part-time. It was only when I followed a whole-body approach to wellness that I finally found relief. 

In fact, I’m stronger and healthier at almost 50 than I was 20 years ago.

Along my healing journey I learned five movement breakthroughs that I share with my clients.

  • We need WAY more movement than we think we do.

  • Small changes can make a really big difference.

  • How you breathe truly matters.

  • The hour at the gym does not undo all the damage that is caused by too much chair-sitting.

  • Your movement and alignment habits can be wrecking your body.

I believe so strongly in this work that I quit my desk-job to teach better movement full-time.
